Rather compact, PBTA ttrpg inspired by the "Roadside picnic", "Stalker", "Metro" and other similar fiction.

Players take on the roles of stalkers who roam the Zone, in search for strange artifacts and a vague promise, of fullfilling their wishes.

Though it is based on PBTA games, the game has few major diffrences in terms of "traditional" PBTA games, mainly:

-There is no "playbooks", but rather a list of talents available to all PC's.

-As a result of that, the damage, is linked to the weapons and not the playbooks.

Furthermore, the game is intended to be grittier and more "realistic" than your usual PBTA games. Also, the full ruleset is only 25 pages long (at the moment), which is also not standart for the most games)

Any feedback, comments, ideas, repost or coverage on the internet, would be appreciated.

Greetings. I can`t find a section describing a character`s improvement. How does it realize?

Hey,

On "The Stalkers" page (p.7), there is a section that talks about experience and how it is gained, on the next page - "Stalker moves", there is a move called "Take a rest", it states: "During the rest, each stalker can also spend 10 XP to acquire 1 new talent, up to 10 talents max."

If you're asking if there is an automatic improvement system, when you "level up" and your basic stats become higher - there is no such mechanic. All improvements are linked to aquiring new talents.

Thanks a lot! Now I see. I should have read more carefully.

You're welcome)

Best Stalker RPG adaptation I've seen (and it has been a LONG search). It's a shame I have only found it by chance, this game is a literal hidden gem.

Aww, thanks man! I'm glad you like it)
