Yet another small update

Mostly fixed/calrified descriptions of the talents that give characters npc companions, - some were missing Initiativerating and just wrote them all in the same way.

Slightly nerfed Preacher's "Smite"

Enemy version of Cyber mastiff now has Initiative of 2

Uncanny dodge now only available to the Assassin's archetype
