Update to v3.0

Updated the game to v3.0

-Changed the design of the rules, it's now easier to read and navigate

-Fixed / changed few rules

-Changed the timer mechanic

-Added random names and professions

-Added new skills

-Added new phobias, timers, descriptors etc.

-Added a character sheet
