Small update

Small update:
-"Executioner", now adds +1d4 damage wih APPs, instead of 1d3.

-Changed the wording of the "Machine learning" talent, should be clearer now, what it does.

-Roll for starting armor is now 1d3, instead of 1d2

-Fixed a typo, removed a comma
