Added some changes to the game:
-Action rolls are now made with 1d10 instead of 1d8
-Added 2 new archetypes: Dwarf and Tinker
-Cultist now has to only spend 1 Vigor to gain 1 MT
-Added some clarifications
-Fixed some typos
